Bad service

I paid for the drill and did not receive on time. I had to travel and FedEx attempted delivery 3 times when I called FedEx to change the shipping address, they told me that only the sender can do it. I sent you an email and tried to call you but could not get a reply. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund
