Tap sleeves are used with drills and taps to place holes accurately. and protect surrounding tissue.  Very light and easy to use. 

The sizes offered are available are 1.1/1.5mm, 1.5/2.0mm, 2.0/2.7mm and 3.5/3.0mm.  The length is about 6 1/2 inches long (tip to tip).
