Return Policy
KeeboMed offers free returns on all new products purchased through us, no questions asked! We accept ultrasound returns within 30 days of purchase. All items are required to be shipped back in the original packaging or packed in a way that will offer good protection and avoid any damage. For further packing instructions, please contact us. Refunds are issued within 7 days after item is received.
To begin the return process, please use our contact us online form or call us at 630-888-2888. We will send you an RMA number with additional instructions to generate a return label.
